elevated centerpiece
Elevated centerpieces have become quite popular, you can see across the table and still get lots of pop in the room. I like to put something in the vase for added visual interest, in this case a red rose, black rocks and black and silver wire.

ornamentation 2
I made a few of these last year and they were well received. A flat snowflake ornament with a glass ball ornament glued to it, take off the top, fill with water and you have a neat Christmas bud vase. The silver sprayed lily grass gives the design some elegance.

Jill and Aaron Christmas
Some of the decor from Jill Lawrence and Aaron Juckette's home. I really dig the copper, gold and pewter motif. I'm especially fond of the 2nd piece which was red 15 minutes earlier. I wish you both much happiness!

Cindy and Jon Juckette Christmas
As soon as wedding season ends (there are still a few in December) I go right into Christmas decorating. Cindy and Jon have had me in their home before as a design consultant so I know their tastes. Their home has lots of warm colors, so along with the coppers, burgundy and browns we used some green as an accent color. This tree concept was Cindy's idea (and a good one) I just executed it for her and made some accompanying pieces. I really like this color combo (it's a lot like my dining room tree so I am biased.) Great ideas Cindy and always a pleasure to work with you!

white stag
People seem to like Christmas designs made around a central figure. This permanent design features a white stag leaping out of the juniper.

ornamentation
These 2 cute contemporary Christmas designs were made using ornaments as vases. 2 permanent antherium with flocked pine in a green ornament with stryrofoam in a cube (top). Bottom is a single fresh rose with salal leaves and gold painted bear grass in a red ornament stabilized with a gold snowflake, making a reusable Christmas bud vase.

silver and red
Though we generally we see silver with blues, silver and red is a great combo, still traditional but chiller than red and gold.
