orchids and trachelium


This bouquet is a great example of the use of texture. Smooth cymbidium and hypericum berries, ruffly stock and  fuzzy purple trachelium (a sadly underused flower.) Stressing design principles always makes an effective piece.

Heather Ramsey's Bouquets


Purple seems to be the trendy color for brides this year which suits me fine. Left is the bride's bouquet with 2 of the bridesmaid's. Below is a closer shot of the bride's. Hydrangea, stock, alstroemeria, green trachelium and limonium. Collared with salal.
