Heather Ramsey pt.2
Here is Heather Ramsey (her bouquets were shown 2 posts ago) in all her radiant beauty. This is a great example of why being a wedding florist is so rewarding--seeing a bride (and mother) that looks and feels beautiful and happy. Taking part in creating this moment is a very special thing.

sweetie
Pretty, youthful clutches of pink lilies, peach roses, pink spray roses, purple alstroemeria, yellow daisies, lavender daisies, blue delphinium, limonium and oregonia. With so many fragile elements the order that the flowers are added is very important. A good example of harder than it looks (at least for me anyway.)

flowers make girls happy

While making this young lady a sample bouquet (terra cotta roses, orange unique roses, hypericum berries and solidago - quickly gathered) I noticed something important. Her eyes lit up and she said "oooh!" What does this mean you ask? Flowers make girls happy! This is a documented fact (see above.) Quick quiz: When is the best time to give a girl flowers? A) Birthday or anniversary B) When a random thought about her made you smile C) When you pissed her off (hint: if you answered C you are a douche. )
