Hyacinth and Muscari Bowl

This year's garden hyacinth and muscari design. A much better shot than the last few years.

Daffodils and Hyacinths

The first time I have enough flowers in the yard for a pretty vase makes Spring real for me!

rites of spring

Nothing says spring like an all bulb flower bouquet. A lovely mix of: hyacinths, grape hyacinths, tulips and narcissus.

keeping up appearances

A bouquet of purple lisianthus, lavender roses and lavender hyacinth. A calm, cool and fragrant combination of purple tones that ends up reading blue. While making this I kept doing impressions of Hyacinth Bucket (bottom photo) from the BBC sitcom "Keeping Up Appearances" about a status obsessed woman who insists her surname is pronounced "Bouquet," or you can think this is a picture of me dressed up for high tea.
